Rethinking Infrastructure as Code: A Deep Dive into Terraform Stacks

Join me, as we explore the new Public Beta for Terraform Stacks. Terraform Stacks adds a new configuration layer to your configurations that helps optimize the coordination, deployment and lifecycle of your Infrastructure. Stacks introduces the ability to orchestrate and manage the lifecycle of multiple Terraform configurations across cloud providers, environments and regions.

Stacks also enables the concept of “deferred deployments” which can be used to tie configurations together that previously had to be run in multiple applies because of resource dependencies.

In this session, we will explore what Stacks are, some common use cases how to configure them in the HCP Platform and run through a demo of deploying resources to Azure.
