Matt Schroeder is an engineer with a passion for developer experience, both as a creator and consumer. He is the Director of the Real-Time Data consulting group at Improving, a Confluent Premier Partner, and helps clients understand and build event-driven architectures. Matt is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of MN, teaching Modern Data Architecture within the Masters of Science, Software Engineering program.

When the laptop closes, Matt is brewing YACC (yet another cup of coffee) and headed to the playground with his three kids and dog.
