Matthew is Lead Developer at Runpath in London, where he builds happy, effective teams. He is an experienced open space facilitator, and is always on the lookout for ideas from other disciplines to bring to software development. As a child he dreamt of becoming a composer, and he is at his happiest in a draughty warehouse listening to experimental music or cycling with his husband in the mountains.
