Dr. Matthew Tift is a Lead Engineer at Lullabot, contributing to Drupal projects for organizations such as UMass Amherst, New York University, Evergreen State College, Georgia Public Broadcasting, the American Booksellers Association, Google, and NBC.

He is an accomplished speaker and a Twin Cities Drupal Camp organizer. He was co-maintainer of the Drupal 8 configuration system and has migrated key public media modules to Drupal 8, including the NPR and PBS Media Manager modules. Additionally, Matthew played a pivotal role in organizing the effort for Olivero, which debuted with the release of Drupal 9.

Matthew is passionate about education and mental health. He is an RYT-500 Kripalu Yoga Instructor and facilitates Lullabot's Mental Health Working Group. Matthew is a mental health subject matter expert for Drupal’s Community Health Team and has co-organized a Burnout and Mental Health in Open Source session for GitHub's Maintainer Month.
