Mauro is a passionate software developer with a keen interest in leadership. He has been in the industry for over 13 years and has loved tinkering on the PC from the early age of 3 years old with his earliest memories being those of playing Dig Dug and Donkey Kong on his dad's IBM XT 286 PC. He is continuously striving to learn, grow and improve in not only in his technical skills but his soft skills as well.

In his free time, Mauro enjoys playing board games and playing some games on the Xbox with his kids.
