Max has a wide variety of experience across varying industries. He spent several years working hands-on with OT devices and as an IT professional before transitioning to teaching full time. This experience built in him a rare combination of technical knowledge and people skills that made him ideally suited to physical penetration testing, social engineering, and red team exercises. This skill went largely untapped until Red Sentry brought him on. He is proud to say that he started at Red Sentry as a contract-based worker in an assistant role and very quickly proved his mettle, joining the team full time and rising all the way to the head of the Pentesting Program in under two years.
