I never thought that I would end up in GTM architecture. I graduated as Chinese philologist, orientalist and explorer of the Eastern countries.

After graduation I worked as Chinese translator for doctors and also a teacher, then realised I wanted a more dynamic path that let me work across countries and markets.

Over the past 10+ years I moved from languages to international BD and finally to GTM for AI & B2B SaaS:
– Launched 8 products across 35+ countries
– Took a biotech startup from 0 → $1.5M ARR in 9 months without a marketing budget (solo sales)
– Built cross-border e-commerce at Yandex for 100M+ users, turning P&L from −20% → +5%
– Led 60+ AI/data projects with enterprise clients like IBM, Dell, KPMG across APAC/EU/LATAM
– Helped raise $1M+ and ship real genAI products

What I learned: most “sales problems” are GTM architecture and product-market-fit problems.

Not enough clarity on who you sell to, why now, and how the motion should work end-to-end after PMF, so teams compensate with more activity instead of better design.

Who I work with now
→ AI & B2B SaaS founders (usually ARR $1–10M or funded pre-revenue)
→ ACV typically $20k+, multi-stakeholder / enterprise sales
→ Teams that feel they’re “doing a lot” in GTM but don’t see predictable, post-PMF pipeline
