Meagan Gunning is the Program Quality Manager for CRS in Uganda. She developed and implemented a country program wide Accountability Framework and System in alignment with CRS Safeguarding Policy, including staff capacity building, coaching, system start up, and quality control. Meagan led the implementation of a digital feedback case management system (YouTrack) to improve the utilization and management of feedback across the country program. She has over eight years of experience implementing development and humanitarian response programs in Uganda, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Ethiopia, and The Bahamas. Meagan has a Masters in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration from the University of London.
