Melissa El Hamouch is the Data Literacy Lead at 510, the data and digital initiative of the Netherlands Red Cross. She is currently working on developing a global curriculum on Data and Digital Literacy to assist Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies improve their data and digital skills. She is also a member of the IFRC's Data Playbook core team, who are transforming the Data Playbook from the Beta version to Version 1.
Melissa has previous experience working with academic institutes and humanitarian organizations. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from École des hautes études en santé publique, in France.
