Melissa M. Reeve is a strategist, author, and speaker who helps leaders solve the human and organizational challenges of the AI revolution. She is the author of the research-backed, best-selling book Hyperadaptive: Rewiring the Enterprise to Become AI-Native (IT Revolution Press | Simon & Schuster, 2026) and the creator of the AI Learning Flywheel.

Melissa's perspective was forged over a 30-year career in organizational transformation. It began on a factory floor in Tokyo studying the Toyota Production System, and continued through pioneering Agile marketing and serving as the first VP of Marketing at Scaled Agile (SAFe®). When generative AI arrived, she recognized it as a forcing function: a technology that demands organizations rewire how they work, not simply add another tool to the stack.

Today she helps enterprises move from doing AI to becoming AI-native, focusing on the people, structures, and culture that make the technology actually stick. Her message is both contrarian and practical: you're not behind on tools, you're behind on the system.
