Michael Adair went to Southern Arkansas University and studied at the Environmental Acadamy. After completing the required credentials he became a Licensed Level 4 Arkansas Water Treatment Operator, then an Advanced Industrial Wastewater Operator and later a Stationary Engineer and a High Pressure Boiler Operator Licensed by the state of Arkansas. Michael is now disabled and unable to be as physically active as all his former roles demanded him to be. So, he realized that if he was going to persevere and continue to be successful in his life,he knew he had to learn to adapt. Michael began an uncharted path knowing he would find Success by any means available to him, he was determined to contribute his worth to society. Shattering the glass ceiling that life had built above him and not accepting any limitations as a inability to succeed. Michael Focused his ability and leveraged himself into a Developer role for Google and Michael learned everything he possibly could he emerged with a brand new way to succeed later becoming a respected Cloud Solutions Partner for Microsoft, and soon after that a Cloud Developer for Google, within a single year he was being called a Trusted AI Developer for AMD where he created a start-up Foundation branding it CRUCER AI SOLUTIONS™ and it became a Co-Branded Partner with AMD. In that first year he went from using a CPU made by them to working in collaboration with the next wave of their technology. Michael Adair spent years handling D.O.D contracts within Triumph Aerospace's Environmental Department he worked in a TIER 1 Global Aerospace and Defense Supply Chain. He overseen two Water Treatment Facilities for James Kimzey Regional Water District concurrently in his earlier life and provided millions of gallons of fresh drinking water to communities daily. Michael Adair knows what it takes to stand up and take responsibility for the safety of our American Soldiers and our Citizens while never jeopardizing the sensitive Global ecosystems to do so.
