Michael S. Bandor is a Senior Software Engineer in the Software Solutions Division of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. He has more than 32 years of experience with DoD systems including business systems, command and control systems, satellite systems, and ground-based radar systems. Prior to joining the SEI in 2005, he spent 22+ years in the US Air Force as an enlisted computer programmer with various assignments across the US and England. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Software Engineering) from Weber State University.
