Michael Harnar, Ph.D., Interim Director and Assistant Professor in the Interdisciplinary PhD in Evaluation Program (IDPE) at Western Michigan University, studies how humans interact with one another and with the world in which we live, especially when it comes to evaluating. He leads research focused on improving our understanding of evaluation quality and his position at the intersection of disciplines in the IDPE connects him with a wide diversity of evaluation practice and research from across the globe.
