Throughout my educational journey spanning over 12 years, I've dedicated myself to nurturing success both academically and socially for the staff and students I've had the privilege to work with. This commitment has been at the core of my professional character, driving me to continually evolve and grow, both personally and professionally.

My teaching experience in 4th and 5th grade classrooms has provided me with invaluable insights into the diverse needs of students and the complexities of classroom dynamics. Additionally, my roles as a Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) coach, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) coach, and member of various leadership teams have equipped me with the tools to cultivate inclusive environments and foster holistic student development.

Over the years, I've also taken on leadership responsibilities, serving as a member of the leadership team for over seven years, coaching Collaborative Learning and Reflective Practice (CLR), supervising Behavioral Response Teams (BRTs), and providing support to students in need. These experiences have honed my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of the multifaceted challenges faced by educators and students alike.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, I've pursued higher education to further equip myself for leadership roles in education. I've earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and an ED.S in Educational Leadership, accompanied by a K-12 Administration License, with the aim of expanding my impact and effecting positive change at a systemic level.

Above all, my overarching goal has always been to leave a lasting, positive imprint on the lives of those I serve. My dedication to fostering growth, creating supportive environments, and empowering both students and colleagues reflects my deep-seated belief in the transformative power of education. As I continue to advance in my career, I remain committed to embodying the best version of myself, fueled by a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
