Michael Vizdos is the creator of ImplementingScrum.com, a Certified Scrum Trainer with the Scrum Alliance, and has been in the industry for over thirty years. He is an early agile pioneer and co-authored a book with Scott Ambler about scaling processes within an enterprise.

He is available for consulting, training, and mentoring with you, your team, and organization (virtually or in-person) to help identify and solve wicked problems; he collaborates with an international team of trusted advisors and colleagues.

Michael regularly delivers training, workshops, and speaks at international conferences and local user groups (such as Agile Richmond / Scrum RVA). He is the Scrum Master in Residence at VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University), an Agile Coach for Blueprint Education (part time roles), and co-creator of both the Agile in Education Compass and the Agile Educators Guide.
