Michelle Harrod is celebrating her 20th year in the Water industry, with a career spanning water quality and water distribution system management to wastewater inflow and infiltration assessment and mitigation. Michelle earned her B.S. degree in Computer Science from North Central College and since then has sought to leverage technology to improve the safety, security, and useful life of our precious water and wastewater assets.
