Mike is a founding member of the Agile community. He was one of the initial authors of the DSDM framework, represented at the 2001 meeting that gave us the Agile Manifesto.

He has ’I was there’ experience of the issues that led to Agile’s emergence, and the original ideas. Since then he has stayed on the leading edge, engaging with newer schools of thought such as Beyond Budgeting and Design Thinking.

He occasionally shares experiences and lessons learned at conferences.
