Mike Weaver leads Product Development for Monsanto. Mike began his career with Monsanto in 1998 as an application developer working on early Biotech systems. He advanced in organization leadership roles supporting the R&D organization until taking his current role, leading application development for all of Monsanto. In 2015, Mike was recognized as the St. Louis Technology Leader of the Year by the Gateway to Innovation Conference. This award recognized the achievements in integrating lean and agile philosophies and innovative people development into Monsanto IT.
