Mili is a technology leader, public speaker, board member and coach who is passionate about software engineering, and leadership. He is helping organizations transform and move towards modern software engineering, improving their continuous delivery capabilities, technical debt management and quality engineering.

He likes to experiment with emerging technologies, keep up to date with new trends and research, challenging the status quo of software engineering, and combine technical capabilities with people, commercial and business goals. This provides a great overview of different aspects and dynamics of well functioning organizations and teams, which is used for improving organizations and teams.

Currently serving as a board member for several companies in Visma, actively participating in technical due diligence processes, leading technical debt research in Visma in collaboration with University of Oslo and Sintef, and is part of the team overseeing Visma's Architecture and Technology Program responsible for disseminating and modernizing software engineering practices across Visma.
