Milos received a doctoral award from the Arts and Humanities Research Council for his study of the "lossy incompressible" at the School of Fine Art and the School of Computing, University of Leeds (UK). He exhibited his work in Europe and US before moving with his family to Norway and taking a decade off to be a full time dad. Upon his return to the UK, Milos became a software engineer and is currently working hard to put certain ideas about communal identity formation to good use within the industrial context.

And so, making use of all the means at their disposal, whether artistic, scientific or parental, Milos and Slavica (PhD English Literature & Slavonic Studies, University of Nottingham) endeavour to understand the inescapable tension, inherent to all learning, between the commitment to recapitulation and the openness to diversity.
