Mir Ali Asgary is the CEO of Creiland Capital, a commercial real estate investment and advisory platform based in Toronto. Creiland Capital connects qualified investors with carefully selected real estate funds, development projects, and sponsor led private market opportunities.

Mir is also the founder and Broker of Record of Creiland Consultants Realty Inc., Brokerage. He has more than 20 years of experience across commercial real estate brokerage, investment sales, leasing, acquisitions, land development, capital formation and asset strategy.

Before entering commercial real estate, Mir operated a contracting business as a licensed electrician. This early technical experience provided him with a practical understanding of buildings, construction, infrastructure and property operations that continues to influence how he evaluates real estate investments and development opportunities.

Mir obtained his CCIM designation pin in 2019 and previously served as a Director and President of the Central Canada CCIM Chapter. In 2022, he served as a Regional Vice President of the CCIM Institute.

Through Creiland Capital, Mir is working at the intersection of commercial real estate, private markets and digital investment infrastructure. His current focus includes exploring compliant methods of tokenizing commercial real estate investment interests while maintaining appropriate securities compliance, investor qualification, due diligence and asset-management standards.
