Miriam Forster is an independent consultant and change management specialist with a passion for helping organizations and individuals thrive through innovation, data-driven decision making, and adaptive leadership. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Business Intelligence at Marymount University, Miriam brings a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world experience to her work, with a focus on advancing business education through evidence-based teaching and organizational development.

With over 15 years of experience as a founder, program director, and consultant, Miriam has designed and led educational programs that foster creativity, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary learning. She has a proven track record in curriculum development, project management, and training, and is recognized for her ability to effectively implement technology integration and project-based learning in diverse environments. Miriam holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Public Financial Management from The American University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration- Finance from George Washington University.

Miriam is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), the Association of Management (AOM), and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She serves as a peer reviewer for the Academy of Management (AOM) and is committed to advancing research in business intelligence, organizational change, educational technology, and entrepreneurship. Her professional interests include strategic management, leadership development, and fostering innovation in both corporate and educational settings.
