Mohak Chauhan is a real estate development and construction leader with over a decade of experience delivering mission-driven housing and redevelopment projects. He serves as Director of Construction and Redevelopment at Hilltop Alliance, where he leads real estate development, finance, construction management, and compliance for complex, community-centered projects across Pittsburgh’s Hilltop neighborhoods. A Carnegie Mellon University alumnus, Mohak brings a strong technical and financial foundation to his work, navigating layered funding structures such as LIHTC, PHFA PHARE, FHLB AHP, and URA programs. His work is grounded in advancing affordable homeownership, equitable neighborhood revitalization, and effective public–private partnerships that create lasting community impact.
