Mohamed Turay is a dynamic young Sierra Leonean leader, founder and Chief Commissioner of Better World Manifestation, and a passionate advocate for digital transformation and youth empowerment across West Africa.

As the grand winner of the 2025 EduCube Digital Learning Hub Debate Competition, he secured a fully equipped 20ft digital learning hub, bringing practical digital education to underserved students in Waterloo. He also served as a researcher at the Sierra Leone Policy Conference 2025, where he presented on financing innovations, green growth, and debt dynamics to support national development.

Through advocacy and changemaking initiatives, Mohamed inspires the next generation of African leaders to harness technology for inclusive progress. His work focuses on bridging policy, education, and innovation making him a strong voice for cross border digital cooperation and West Africa’s leadership in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
