Mohit is a Sr SDE at Siemens, where he does research on multi-agent systems for Industrial and Physical AI — designing the agents and the evaluation stack (scorers and all) that measures whether they actually work. Before that he shipped production agentic AI at AWS — a tool-using agent for Amazon Ads and generative AI for HealthScribe in regulated clinical workflows. On his own time he's building Switchboard, born from a simple conviction: today's tooling treats agents as features you invoke, when they should be participants you address.
