Born in 1984 in Italy Monica has moved abroad several times for study and then work reasons. She graduated as clinical psychologist at University of Padua, one the main ones in Italy and then she worked in a digital start up as CRM director. In 2015 during a trip in Indonesia her phone goes brick and that's the first time she experiences nomophobia but then she enjoys the digital detox experience. That was the starting point of Smart Break, a project that aims to promote a conscious use of digital devices. Now she lives in Milan where she work as a trainer and speaker on digital wellbeing.
