On my journey I’ve worked with tech giants like Microsoft, Mercedes, Roche, and Philips, where I've deployed my expertise in software excellence and DevOps.

My passion is empowering C-level executives and engineering leaders to drive meaningful change within their organizations by helping identify bottlenecks and gain transformative visibility into their software development lifecycle. It’s always what you can’t see that holds you back, and that’s exactly where traditional Agile methodologies fail short.

This widespread lack of visibility into the bottlenecks in the development process affects countless enterprises, which is why I developed the BetterSoftware Excellence Framework—to drive revolutionary efficiency in software development. Its unparalleled, unified ranking system allows organizations to dramatically optimize software improvement and drive long-term growth.

A testament to the BetterSoftware Excellence framework is when I built the first ever Software Center of Excellence for Royal Philips. The framework not only helped the organization map its current standing but also guided a three-year plan for continual improvement, setting professional improvement goals for every employee. It became the long-term method of software management at the company.

After I got Philips on track, I went on to become the Head of Software Transformation at Aptiv. By employing the framework throughout the company, I set standards and plans that guided more than 3,000 software engineers, helping position Aptiv as a leader in the automotive software industry.

My professional ethos is simple: software excellence is not just about better code—it must start with a complete understanding of the software development lifecycle from end-to-end.
