To perfect her craft she continued her education at KARG, Vidal Sassoon, and numerous educational workshops throughout the United States. As the Master Stylist and Creative Director of M Salon 1 and Mpulse Summit CEO, she keeps her guest and stylists current with the latest colors, techniques and hairstyles. She maintains her network and achieves trendsetter status with educational workshops and trade shows for the designer community. As senior beauty coordinator with MPACT BEAUTY , Micheline trains licensed cosmetologists and salons about the latest cutting and coloring techniques in the Southeastern U.S. area as well as internationally in Brazil and Martinique. Micheline also imparts the qualities of perseverance, humility, quality service and a strong work ethic to her team; which she is building through apprenticeship.
