Mukul Kumar Gaur is a senior technology and product engineering leader with over 16 years of experience driving large-scale innovation across airline retailing, air travel distribution, transportation, hospitality, payments, security, and telecommunications domains. He currently serves as Senior Principal – Product Engineering at Accelya US Inc., where he leads the delivery of IATA NDC-compliant airline retailing and servicing solutions for major global carriers.
Mukul is recognized for his deep expertise in airline retailing, distribution, and Passenger Service Systems (PSS), with hands-on experience designing and modernizing ATPCO-based shopping, pricing, ticketing, and ancillary services platforms. His work spans end-to-end airline workflows, including PNRs, inventory, schedules, seat maps, interline servicing, and electronic miscellaneous documents (EMDs).
