He currently works as a SAP SuccessFactors LMS Technical Consultant Lead, where he architects enterprise-scale learning solutions and has designed AI-powered Copilot Agents for conversational chat assistance and intelligent reporting discovery across SAP BusinessObjects and Microsoft Power BI ecosystems.
Earlier in his career, Muneer led SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration and compliance reporting initiatives, developed chatbots and RPA solutions using Kore.ai and Blue Prism for payroll and enterprise systems, and managed Oracle WebLogic administration, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and CI/CD pipeline integration. He began his career as a Mainframe Developer, working on COBOL-based payment settlement applications for the retail and energy sectors.
