I'm a Software Engineer on the Agents Team at Middleware Labs, where I build the instrumentation infrastructure. I wrote mw-injector, a Go library that solves OpenTelemetry's service identity problem by scanning /proc across thousands of processes and auto-instrumenting them through systemd drop-ins and eBPF, no manual config required. I've also shipped seven-plus production OTel integrations, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Nginx, and RabbitMQ.
Outside of work I ride motorcycles on roads that actively want to kill me. Most recently a 3,700km run across the Killar-Kishtwar road on a 14-year-old Yamaha. People keep telling me that was a bad idea. I maintain it wasn't.
