From Novice to LitmusChaos Maintainer: Learn to Make Valuable Contributions to LitmusChaos
When individuals ask for advice on how they can contribute to open source, experts often suggest fixing documentation as a starting point. But, what do you think comes next? This talk aims to provide a practical answer to that question. He will share his experiences as a newcomer to open source and offer guidance on beginning your open-source contribution journey. Specifically, He will discuss the LFX Mentorship Program, a structured relationship between a mentor and a mentee designed to assist the mentee in achieving their open-source contributions. As a mentee in the program, he contributed to the LitmusChaos. He will also share his story of how he completed mentorship and continued to contribute to LitmusChaos afterward, becoming a maintainer and CNCF Ambassador.
