Naomi's engineering career began around 10 years ago through the coding bootcamp Founders and Coders. During her time in the tech industry, Naomi has worked as a software engineer, a line manager and a product manager. Her main passion within the tech industry is enablement and developer experience.

Naomi passionately believes that the tech industry can only benefit from more diversity, she actively seeks opportunities to ally and champion others wherever she can through her work with apprenticeship schemes, advocating for training within her company and designing progression frameworks that are designed from a bottom up approach.
