Naomi Semb-Lovejoy and Tiana Lindberg are Assistant Directors for Residence Life at The University of Texas at Austin, with extensive experience in higher education and student support.

Naomi has over five years of experience in higher education, holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and a Master’s in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri. She also has seven years of experience organizing a grief camp for children, helping them process grief and build peer connections.

Tiana has over 13 years of higher education experience and is a licensed psychotherapist and owner of Woven Journey Counseling, PLLC, where she creates inclusive, affirming spaces for individuals, especially those with marginalized identities. She holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University, a Master’s in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University, and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Texas State University.

Together, Naomi and Tiana combine their expertise in mental health and Residence Life to support and empower students and staff.
