In his current role, Narendra has played a pivotal part in the creation and deployment of Erica Agent Assist, an AI-powered platform for contact centers that integrates advanced NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance customer servicing workflows. He has also led the development of AI-driven platforms for complaint management, as well as digital self-service solutions, driving automation and improving operational efficiency across multiple business lines.
