Naresh Sigamani is a Director of Data Architecture with over 14 years of experience in data and analytics. Currently serving as Director of Data Architecture at Lovelytics/Nousot since May 2024, he also leads the SAP Databricks service line. Naresh specializes in guiding organizations through their data maturity journey and creating resilient, scalable data platforms.
He is recognized as an industry expert in the complex migration of SAP data to leading cloud platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Fabric, Synapse, and Redshift. His expertise spans enterprise data strategy, cloud solution architecture, and data engineering across various industries, including healthcare, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, retail, and energy services.
At Lovelytics, Naresh heads initiatives that help enterprises modernize their data ecosystems by leveraging advanced analytics and cloud-native architectures. Previously, as CTO of Data Analytics at Eviden / Atos (2023–2024), he pioneered data practices to develop reusable solutions and accelerators that streamlined and enhanced organizational processes. He also led the data pre-sales team for North America and Canada, driving over $60M in business growth.
Naresh has led large consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies through the modernization of their data platform which supports $21 billion business, enabling them to derive greater business value and establish market leadership through advanced analytics-supported infrastructure. Notably, he has led significant projects such as the Wildfire Mitigation initiative, where he architected complex integrations across ArcGIS, SAP, and NMS systems and implemented the solution on Databricks with advanced geospatial functions.
His technical expertise is validated by extensive certifications, including Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional (2025), Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate, SnowPro Advanced Architect, and multiple SAP certifications. He holds a Master of Computer Applications from Anna University (2007–2010) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Madras University (2004–2007).
As a technical author, Naresh has contributed to industry knowledge through articles such as
“AWS Data Lake Accelerator for SAP” (authored with AWS team collaboration) and “Reimagine Your SAP Data Strategy using SAP BDC with SAP Databricks.” He is also an active speaker, sharing insights on enterprise data adoption and modernization strategies.
