Hi! I'm Natalija, a Group Product Manager at the BBC, where I currently focus on mobile experiences.

Before joining the BBC, I worked across large fintech organisations and start-ups, leading the development of AI-powered experiences. Media tech is my favourite industry by far. I love the buzz of the newsroom and the joy that great entertainment products bring to millions of people every day.

I'm passionate about improving how product and engineering teams collaborate, creating ways of working that empower teams to build great software, solve real user problems, and deliver delightful experiences for customers.

Outside of work, I run Wine Royale, a fun blind wine tasting experience that brings people together through a bit of friendly competition.
