Natasha Marshall is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), senior leadership facilitator, and former U.S. Diplomat with more than 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of leadership effectiveness, performance accountability, and organizational risk. She currently serves as an Adjunct Coach for the U.S. Department of State, Director of Partnerships for the International Coaching Federation – Georgia, Founder and Managing Director of Agile Coaching & Consulting Solutions.

Drawing on an extensive diplomatic career with assignments in China, Nigeria, Jamaica, Israel, Egypt, and Germany, Natasha brings a global, real-world perspective to leadership and HR challenges. Throughout her career, she advised senior leaders on complex performance and conduct issues, including high-stakes personnel matters, culturally sensitive conflicts, and situations requiring discernment about when to coach, when to manage directly, and when escalation was necessary to protect mission integrity and organizational trust. Her ability to foster creative collaboration and deliver tailored coaching solutions has earned her recognition for revitalizing struggling teams, building strong client relationships, and supporting individuals through career transitions and challenges.
