Equality is in the Toilet: How DEI is influenced by how we pee

Many communities have a systemic issue with diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI); and many find these issues hard to relate to or discuss openly.

By looking at a universal issue such as how we use the toilet, we can learn a lot about the issues that our communities face when it comes to DEI in a way that is familiar. Not only can this open discussion, but, maybe it can also support us in finding solutions.

This talk will explore four provocative questions in the DEI space and how we can start to find solutions through the lens of a common characteristic - our need to use the toilet.
