Nathan Arthur has been a natural human/geek translator since he first learned to code. He loves to build things (products, code, teams, furniture, family) and to help (and learn from!) others who are doing the same. He has worked with teams of all sizes including small product startups and Fortune-100 IT departments. His successes and failures run the gamut from SDLC to Scrum to XP to Kanban, in roles such as developer, business analyst, project manager, product manager, manager, and VP. Today he is VP Product Development at PreEmptive Solutions, a software product company in Cleveland. He is also a lucky husband and father of two KidzMash attendees, ages (almost) 9 and (almost) 7.
