Nathan Rowley is a Lieutenant with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, assigned to the Law Enforcement Services Bureau as the Support Services Lieutenant. He is a 16-year veteran of the San Diego Sheriff's Department. Lieutenant Rowley is a graduate of the University of San Diego's Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership Master's Degree program (2017) and the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute (2020). Prior to his service to the County of San Diego, Lieutenant Rowley served for eight years in the United States Coast Guard where he taught law enforcement theory and tactics to various departments in southwest and southeast Asia, Europe, Central America, and South America.
