Navdeep Malik is an accomplished Enterprise and IT Solution Architect with 18+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programs across the pharmaceutical supply chain, serialization, logistics, and SAP ecosystems. He specializes in SAP Serialization, SAP ATTP/ICH, SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, SAP SRM, enterprise integration, and global Track & Trace compliance.
Navdeep has led complex serialization and supply chain modernization initiatives for major pharmaceutical organizations, including Gilead Sciences, Pfizer, Purdue Pharma, McKesson, and Novartis. His work spans end-to-end solution architecture, system design, business process transformation, integration strategy, regulatory compliance, testing, validation, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. He has deep expertise in DSCSA, EU FMD, GS1/EPCIS standards, GxP IT validation, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11 requirements.
At Gilead Sciences, Navdeep has played a key role in enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, 3PL EDI integration, and serialization programs. He has architected scalable solutions for Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA migrations, Axway to SAP ATTP modernization, L1–L4 aggregation capabilities, and standardized 3PL EDI integrations across North America and Europe. His programs have delivered measurable business impact, including improved warehouse throughput, enhanced inventory accuracy, reduced manual processing, and sustained regulatory reporting continuity. Navdeep was involved in these projects from 2017 onward. Navdeep led high-volume serialization migrations and SAP ATTP implementations for Pfizer, Purdue Pharma, and McKesson, supporting billions of serialized units, global manufacturing networks, and DSCSA-aligned supply chain traceability. He has also contributed to SAP SRM implementations, SAP upgrades, ABAP development, and enterprise application support initiatives.
Navdeep is SAP certified in Extended Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Supplier Relationship Management. He is also a GS1 member and DSCSA standards panelist, contributing to implementation guidance for pharmaceutical serialization, EPCIS data exchange, interoperable traceability, and global supply chain standards. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Panjab University.
