Thierry NDAGANO is a Rwandan Civil Engineer and PMP®-certified Project Manager with over eight years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in roads, buildings, and water supply. He currently serves as Acting Head of Facilities and Maintenance at the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), where he oversees sustainable campus infrastructure operations.
Thierry earned his Master’s in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, UK, as a Denis Goldberg Scholar, with research focused on smart construction technologies to enhance project efficiency. He is also the founder of Infrasoko, a smart infrastructure management platform designed to improve project delivery and sustainability in Africa.
An advocate for innovation and knowledge-sharing, Thierry creates educational content through his platforms Thierry Builds and Infrastory TV, and is authoring “Guy from Nyamirambo: Kigali to UK,” an inspiring memoir of resilience and achievement.
