Dr. Neal F. Hambright is a recognized consultant and expert in human resource management, organizational behavior management, and human capital management. A native of Detroit, MI, Dr. Hambright has over a decade of dedicated experience in the public and private sector. He has worked and served as a human resource consultant with various prestigious U.S. federal agencies in a myriad of locations. Neal obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management from Eastern Michigan University in 2002 and acquired a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in 2004. In 2021, he completed a doctorate in Healthcare Administration with honors from the Virginia University of Lynchburg in Lynchburg, VA, and published a dissertation titled Identifying Mitigation Strategies for Procedures Consideration by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Combating Future Pandemics to Ensure Adequate Blood Supplies. In his spare time, Dr. Hambright enjoys traveling internationally and domestically.
