Neal works for Oxfam, leading the Digital in Programs team at Oxfam America and the Oxfam Partnership Platform team at Oxfam International.

The Digital in Programs team works with others to increase the application of appropriate digital technologies and responsible data practices in programs undertaken by Oxfam staff and partners, through digital evolution in existing programs, digital innovation in new programs, and increasingly through a Rights in a Digital Age policy/advocacy agenda.

The Oxfam Partnership Platform team is delivering a global digital platform (using Salesforce & Amp Impact) to support the many dimensions of partnership (programs, projects, grants, impact stories) between Oxfam and the 3,500+ civil society organizations we work with.

Neal has a BSc in computer systems and MSc in international development and has worked with Oxfam since 2009.
