Nel was born and raised in the Placentia/Yorba Linda area where she currently resides. She built a successful career in insurance for 20 years, in roles as an individual agent, national sales trainer, and District Sales Manager with 4 offices reporting directly to her at the Automobile Club of Southern CA – AAA.

In 2004 she started her real estate career in Orange, LA, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. She has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and businesses and in corporate leadership roles. She has over 36 years of progressive sales management, marketing, and leadership experience, hundreds of hours of lecturing and teaching, contract negotiation, and strategic marketing creation.

Nel is a woman with a devotion to God and her family. She uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a concern. A member of the Rotary Club of Placentia, on the Board of Directors and Vice President for the 2024-2025 term. She lives by the Rotary Club’s 4-way test of the things we think, say, or do:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

MY COMMITMENT
