Nicolás Contreras is the AI Director of PappCorn, a Colombian startup studio that builds ventures from the inside, alongside their founders. He leads the studio's AI-native practice, where every partner's repo gets an agent squad on day one — an orchestrator, a typed fleet of specialists, and a skills library, versioned inside the partner's own codebase — so the first thing a startup buys is the factory, not the feature. He productized the pre-code stage the same way: a discovery-to-unit-economics pipeline that runs as chained slash commands and has the authority to STOP a bad idea before anyone writes code. Delivery runs as an agent product team that hands feasibility to the machines and keeps value and viability with the humans. He is also CTO of Vaki, Colombia's largest crowdfunding platform, where he built vAIkilorians: ten production AI agents that let four people — one of them an engineer — run support, code, data and operations across three countries from a single Mac Studio.
