Nico is a Principal Solution Engineer at Microsoft.

He specializes in helping people and organizations leverage Microsoft Cowork, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the Azure stack to deliver low-risk, fast-impact innovations on top of enterprise legacy ERP and CRM systems.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Nico spent 20 years deploying food supply chain systems across the globe. He’s also an agent-based modeling simulation enthusiast (NetLogo), an LLM apprentice, and a hard-boiled eggs expert.

From those years, Nico learned that every morning, execution eats planning for breakfast. His life’s philosophy centers on sharing common goals and unlocking bottlenecks together, one after another.

He is a public speaker, has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, and is credited as a U.S. patent inventor.

Nico moves fast and doesn’t break things.
