Nicole Elizabeth Perusse, born on January 25, 1995, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is a certified hospitality service trainer and accomplished athlete. Nicole’s educational path began at Holderness School in New Hampshire before transferring to Methuen High School in Massachusetts. She completed her senior year at Chelmsford High School. After high school, she moved to Orlando, Florida, to attend Valencia Community College in 2015, where she faced the challenge of adapting to a new environment.
This experience expanded her perspective and provided a foundation for her personal growth. She later returned to Massachusetts and attended Middlesex Community College in Lowell, where she earned a business management certificate, further preparing her for a business career.
Sports have always been an integral part of Nicole’s life. She has achieved notable success in several athletic disciplines, including snowboarding, softball, and tennis. She won a national championship in snowboarding Boardercross in 2007, securing a gold medal and earning recognition in Sports Illustrated. Her consistent top-tier performances in snowboarding competitions earned her a judges’ choice award. Additionally, she has actively participated in softball, playing for various USSSA, NSA, and ASA teams, and she was a varsity tennis player at Holderness during her first year.
Nicole’s professional career began in the hospitality industry, where she worked as a server and bartender at Longhorn Steakhouse in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, from 2015 to 2019. In this high-paced role, she developed intense multitasking, customer service, and leadership skills. She earned bartending and food safety certifications, becoming a ServSafe-qualified food handler. Her work ethic and ability to train others made her a trusted team member and helped her contribute to the restaurant’s success.
In 2019, Nicole made a career shift to sales, becoming a sales associate at Verizon Wireless in Burlington, Massachusetts. She adapted quickly to the sales environment, meeting and exceeding sales goals. Her strong communication and conflict-resolution skills allowed her to build solid customer relationships, making her a standout performer.
Currently, Nicole works as a service waitress at Burton’s Bar and Grill in Westford, Massachusetts, where she continues to apply her multitasking and customer service skills in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Outside of her professional life, she has been involved in charity work, including participating in March of Dimes campaigns. Her dedication to her career and community reflects her strong character and commitment to positively impacting all areas of her life.
