Nik Kale is a Principal Engineer at Cisco Systems, where he architects AI-driven support and observability systems across Cisco's CX, Security, and Enterprise portfolios. His work focuses on the intersection of agentic AI, platform reliability, and human-in-the-loop design at enterprise scale.

Outside Cisco, Nik contributes to AI security and agent identity standards through the OASIS Coalition for Secure AI (CoSAI) and the IETF AGNTCY working group, and serves on program committees for ACM CCS and IEEE S&P (SAG AI). He is a multiple Stevie Award and Edison Award winner, holds multiple patents in cloud security and AI automation, and has served as a judge for the Edison Awards, CODiE Awards, and Webby Awards, among others.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI systems, Nik speaks regularly at industry conferences including Cisco Live, TSIA Interact, ODSC and the SE Asia AI Summit.
